I have at least 4 times shit like this happened to me

most recent about 8 years ago at Walmart, creep tried to get me at my car loading my groceries.

he followed me all over the store, then followed me to my truck. I got so scared, I flipped over my cart trying to go over a rocky sidewalk area to get away. The guy got scared of the cene I made and ran out of the parking lot toward the main road. I called police, they took forever, as I waited the guy returned at a distance on main street, to come back to the parking lot to dissapear again into the

The man charged in the kidnapping of #ElizaFletcher pled guilty to the same crime in 2001. He was sentenced to 24 years in jail. So why was he prowling our streets? Those responsible for letting this man out of prison should be facing charges, too. #Memphis
