The white secondary filters that remove fluoride in the Berkey systems are NOT GOOD. They do remove fluoride, but they do so with an aluminum compound, and independent testers have shown that the aluminum levels in the resulting water are significantly increased. I don't have the info/data handy, but have researched this before. The data is available if you look.

The black standard filters are great at purification of bottled water, etc., but they are NOT a solution for fluoride.

The white secondary filters are toxic.
