Being convicted of "Trespassing" is a far fucking cry from being convicted of "Insurection". Was he charged with "Insurection"? No, he wasn't. Being charged with "Insurection" does not automatically remove you or prevent you from seeking public office. Mienial things like indictments, trials, convictions not to mention applicable 4th, 5th, 6th and the 14th Amendment silliness must be upheld.
The Constitution gives Congress the power to establish inferior courts. With this power it is also implied that Congress has the power to abolish an inferior court and one of the first fucking things the Republicans must do if and I say IF, they take the House is call these non Article III courts and the judges who administer them to account for the unconstitutional, biased, above the law, extra-judical activism they have engaged in and remove them per say from the bench. Think Kevin McCarthy has the fucking balls to do that?
