About the 3rd largest cause of death being Medical Errors.
My first thought was: They are going to try and set the stage for AI to make diagnostics and treatment protocols. They will say that a mere human cannot possibly stay on top of all these NEW illnesses and patients. They will lower the bar for medical school. They will only need "executioners" to execute the AI instructions for patient.
Just a stretch, but I'm learning more and more about reading between the lines lately.
I have compared it to looking at an optical illusion. Some see the drawing and see the hidden "X" image right away, while others only see the obviously intended image "Y". Sometimes, you can show a friend that only sees "Y" how to look at it and see "X". And sometimes, someone as connected to you as your own spouse can only see the obviously intended image "Y" no matter how much you point out "X" in the illusion.
Will AI become the overruling authority over YOUR medical care one day? A God-Like medical miracle?
Here is just a couple of articles, there are so much more.
