According to a new book penned by veteran journalists Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes,a top advisor to President Joe Biden had reportedly said, "Covid-19 is the best thing that ever happened to him".
In their new upcoming book, which is scheduled to release next week, the authors reveal thatBiden adviser Anita Dunn made quite a statement in a conversation with "an associate" during the campaign.
According to The Guardian, Dunn's comment was something "campaign officials believed but would never say in public," the authors wrote in 'Lucky: How Joe Biden Barely Won the Presidency'.
A veteran Democratic operative, Dunn temporarily joined the White House as a senior adviser after working on a similar role on the campaign. Atlantic had once called her "The Mastermind Behind Biden’s No-Drama Approach to Trump". The 63-year-old has worked on six Democratic campaigns and three winning ones as she worked for former President Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012. She, later on, went to serve as communications director in the White House.

LVMPD: Robert Telles is in custody in connection with stabbing death of journalist

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - According to sources close to the matter, FOX5 has learned Clark County Administrator Robert Telles is in police custody following a search warrant earlier Wednesday morning.
Police spent most of the day searching the home of Robert Telles even towing two vehicles off the property.
Metro plans to provide more details during a news conference Thursday morning.

Robert Telles, who serves as public administrator for Clark County, was taken into custody late Wednesday afternoon after authorities wheeled him out of his home on a stretcher, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.
Telles's home had earlier been the site of an active search warrant in connection with the stabbing murder of Review-Journal reporter Jeff German, who was killed Saturday.
Speculation had abounded that Telles, a Democrat, may have been involved with German's murder due to the journalist having written a series of reports that it was claimed were damaging to Telles's political career.
