Had to use hosts file but vanwa has completely changed the address set now using 23.163.176.xxx addresses. Also I had to go to vanwa's name servers directly to get these for some reason my local dns returns either REFUSED or NXDOMAIN. Haven't figured that part out yet. May have to tell dnsmasq to use vanwa's nameservers directly for 8kun.
Also the addresses of vanwa's name servers has changed.
The only servers I have been able to get a non error response from is vanwa's

My current operating theory is that vanwa reconfigured their system to the new address range at it will take some time for this to propagate outwards to the rest of DNS. May take 24-48 hours though.
As far as I can tell any address in the 23.163.176.xxx address range will work. for your hosts file.
Out of curiously what address did you get?
Yeah. I didn't count them but it looked to me like all 255 where there.
