Prime Minister Liz Truss has left Downing Street for St James's Palace to attend King Charles III's proclamation
Charles III will be proclaimed by the Accession Council at the palace at 10am BST this morning
The Accession Council will initially meet without the King to announce the death of the Queen
Privy counsellors including Camilla and Prince William then sign a proclamation of the accession
Charles III will then enter the room, make a declaration about the Queen's death, then sign an oath
