Reporting on PDF pages 400-420: Re-investigating Clinton E-mails

"We found no evidence that Comey's decision to send the October 28th letter [to congress re-visiting e-mails] was influenced by political preferences."

"…Comey made a serious error of judgement."

Ironically, no one in the FBI or DOJ supported his decision to re-investigate HRC.

He justified his decision (which he admits was made without support) saying he was put in a compromising position between "speak" or "conceal" [regarding additional emails found on Weiner's lap top]. Follow policy/protocol or don't follow policy/protocol.

They found that his rationale was not consistent with his previous behavior in similar sensitive situations… They didn't buy that he was trying to be transparent and do the right thing because lets be honest, the FBI isn't exactly known for their transparency.

He also said he was afraid the info would leak and appear that he, and the department, was concealing information to benefit HRC's campaign…

So WHO was pressuring Comey to re-investigate HRC? Was it the NYPD pressuring the FBI to do something or they would leak what they found on his laptop?!

The final pages talked about the scope of the warrant and findings related to the classified e-mails yada yada yada and the letter of their findings on November 6th, 2016 saying that had not discovered anything new.
