[RR] DID NOT DELIVER KEYNOTE AS SCHEDULED TODAY!
Anons check this out. RR was scheduled as recent as 7 days ago to deliver the keynote remarks at the ABA's 12th National Institute on the Civil False Claims Act and Qui Tam Enforcement.
From the looks of the DOJ website Jesse Panuccio was the substitute for RR!
