Former President Donald Trump's lawyers have asked a federal judge to reject the Department of Justice's continued attempts to press on with its review of documents seized from Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence, according to a new filing.

“In what at its core is a document storage dispute that has spiraled out of control, the Government wrongfully seeks to criminalize the possession by the 45th President of his own Presidential and personal records,” Trump’s legal team wrote.

The never-before-seen images reveal the intimate relationship between the 59-year-old socialite and the sex offender.

John W. O’Malley, S.J., a renowned historian of the 20th-century church and a longtime professor, died yesterday, Sept. 11, after a brief battle with cancer. He was 95 years old. Father O’Malley is known for his scholarly works on the Catholic Church’s last four ecumenical councils as well as his many writings interpreting the 20th-century history of the Society of Jesus; he was also a mentor both for many Jesuits and a generation of scholars of American Catholic history.
