Gavin Newsom Calls on Justice Department to Investigate Martha’s Vineyard Migrant Flights for Kidnapping

Democrat California Governor Gavin Newsom, a potential 2024 presidential candidate, released a letter sent to the Biden Justice Department Thursday calling for a federal investigation of Wednesday’s two flights of 50 migrants to Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts for kidnapping, RICO and civil rights charges. The flights were coordinated by one of Newsom’s potential 2024 rivals, Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

The Martha’s Vineyard flights were followed Thursday morning with a surprise delivery of two busloads of migrants to Kamala Harris’ residence at the Naval Observatory in Washington, D.C. by Republican Texas Governor Greg Abbott.

Newsom is basing his charges on an NPR report that some of the migrants said they were told they were being flown to Boston and would receive help with work papers.

NPR was able to interview three of the migrants late Wednesday. “They (the migrants) told us they had recently crossed the border in Texas and were staying at a shelter in San Antonio,” NPR’s Joel Rose said on Morning Edition.

The migrants said a woman they identified as “Perla” approached them outside the shelter and lured them into boarding the plane, saying they would be flown to Boston where they could get expedited work papers. She provided them with food. The migrants said Perla was still trying to recruit more passengers just hours before their flight.

Andres Duarte, a 30-year-old Venezuelan, said he had recently crossed the border into Texas and eventually went to a shelter in San Antonio.

“She (Perla) offered us help. Help that never arrived,” Andres said. “Now we are here. We got on the plane with a vision of the future, of making it.” He went on to explain why he boarded the plane with so little information in hand. “Look, when you have no money and someone offers help, well, it means a lot.”

…Most of the arrivals spoke little or no English, and Spanish-speaking high school students were pressed into service as interpreters.

Edgartown Police Chief Bruce McNamee said many of the migrants were confused.

“We have talked to a number of people who’ve asked, ‘Where am I?’ And then I was trying to explain where Martha’s Vineyard is.”

Newsom’s letter to the Justice Department was posted to Twitter where he snarked at DeSantis and Abbott, “What @GovRonDeSantis and @GregAbbott_TX are doing isn’t clever, it’s cruel. I’m formally requesting the DOJ begin an immediate investigation into these inhumane efforts to use kids as political pawns.”

FDA refusing to provide key covid “vaccine” safety analyses, suggesting massive coverup

Government regulators at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) say they will not release any of the agency’s Covid-19 “vaccine” safety analyses for independent review because their findings are allegedly part of internal discussions that are protected by law.

Back in July, The Epoch Times submitted a request to the FDA for all analyses performed using a special method called Empirical Bayesian data mining. This method involves comparing adverse events recorded after injection with a Fauci Flu shot to adverse events recorded after injection with some other non-covid vaccine.

Whatever data these analyses produced was used by the FDA to foist Chinese Virus shots on everyone, including infants and toddlers. (Related: Check out our earlier coverage about the FDA’s suspicious secrecy to learn more.)

The operational procedures laid out by the agency and its partner in January 2021 and February 2022 stipulate that the FDA is to perform data mining “at least biweekly,” if not more often than that, to identify adverse events “reported more frequently than expected following vaccination with COVID-19 vaccines.” That data was to come from the official Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).

Fast-forward to today and the FDA is now refusing to release any information about this data mining, claiming an exemption to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) that allows governments to withhold inter-agency and intra-agency memorandums and letters “that would not be available by law to a party other than an agency in litigation with the agency.”

Fox News reports that the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) detected two Russian maritime aircraft penetrating the Alaskan and Canadian Air Defense Identification Zones (ADIZ) on Sunday. The two aircraft did not enter American or Canadian sovereign air space. NORAD stated that it did not regard either aircraft as a threat.

Russian military aircraft regularly approach the sovereign airspace of the United States and Canada as a way to test NORAD defenses. In 2020, two nuclear-capable Russian TU-95 bombers flew to about 20 miles of Alaska’s shores. Last month, Russian surveillance aircraft entered the ADIZ twice over two days.

NORAD has been defending Russia's approaches to North America since the Cold War to detect any nuclear missile and bomber attack. “NORAD uses a network of satellites and ground-based radars to monitor the ADIZ, which extends along the shores of Alaska and Canada.”

Top FBI official who investigated Trump's Russia links is HIMSELF being investigated over ties to Moscow: Ex head of counterintelligence 'had business dealings with sanctioned oligarch Oleg Deripaska' and could face up to five years in jail

Charles McGonigal was targeted by a grand jury subpoena late last year

An explosive new report claims he had multiple engagements with an aide to Kremlin-linked oligarch Oleg Deripaska

Deripaska was sanctioned by the US Treasury for 'malign activity' and 'attempting to subvert western democracies, and malicious cyber-activities'

McGonigal allegedly introduced Deripaska's aide to a law firm specializing in helping defendants accused of fraud

A senior FBI official who investigated Donald Trump's alleged links to Russia is now under the microscope for his own Moscow ties, a bombshell new report revealed on Thursday.

Charles McGonigal is the former counterintelligence chief at the FBI's New York City field office.

He has not been charged with any crimes, Insider reports.

But if McGonigal's work with Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska proves to have violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act, he could face up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine at most.

Deripaska, a close ally of Vladimir Putin's, was also a close contact of Trump 2016 campaign chair Paul Manafort and is thought to have played a leading role in the Kremlin's efforts to interfere in that presidential race.

He and business tied to him were sanctioned by the Treasury Department for 'malign activity' and 'attempting to subvert western democracies, and malicious cyber-activities.'

McGonigal's links to Deripaska are reportedly at the heart of a grand jury subpoena that was issued in secret in November 2021.

It's not clear if the investigation is still ongoing.

But the explosive Thursday report suggests McGonigal has had multiple contacts with an aide to Deripaska, including a referral to a law firm that ended up being a lucrative deal for a former Soviet official.

Highest Number in US History: Border Patrol Logs 8,000 Migrants Entering US Each Day

Immigration authorities are reporting the highest-ever daily number of migrants entering the United States along the southwest border, according to internal Department of Homeland Security communications reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon.

Border Patrol officers are logging roughly 8,000 migrant encounters a day, the highest daily number in U.S. history, the communications show. Such a massive surge in migrants has left agencies such as Customs and Border Protection scrambling to implement new processing systems.

The record number of migrant encounters highlights the little progress the Biden administration has made in solving the border crisis. The news comes as the White House blamed former president Donald Trump for the crisis earlier this week, accusing the previous administration of leaving President Joe Biden with a "broken" immigration system. White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre defended the president and claimed the Biden administration is taking "unprecedented action" at the southern border. Those actions, according to the White House, include new border technology and anti-smuggling task forces.

But the results of those actions are unclear. A spokeswoman for CBP did not dispute the migrant encounter numbers. In a statement to the Free Beacon, the spokeswoman said that "the traffic we are seeing this year is similar to the pattern we saw at this time last year." Border Patrol logged an average of roughly 7,700 migrant encounters a day nationwide last September, previously the highest number ever recorded.

Monthly migrant encounters, according to public CBP data, are already higher in the 2022 fiscal year than in any previous year. Border Patrol typically sees an uptick in migrant encounters during the fall and winter because of favorable weather conditions.

"Either the Biden administration is uninformed or they’re lying," a senior DHS official told the Free Beacon. "We cannot process the numbers flooding our borders and the administration’s solution is scrambling for ways to let people in faster."

Immigration authorities have already logged two million border encounters this fiscal year, a record high. The previous record holder was the 2021 fiscal year, which saw just under two million migrant encounters.

Vice President Kamala Harris claimed the "border is secure" earlier this month, prompting outrage from both Republicans and Democrats. Sen. Joe Manchin (D., W.Va.) called Harris "dead wrong."

"For … the vice president, or anybody [to] say our borders are secured, that is not accurate. I've been there," Manchin told Fox News. "It's wrong."

Texas governor Greg Abbott (R.) has for months been busing migrants to Democrat-run cities, such as Chicago, New York, and Washington, D.C. Mayors in those cities have attacked the move as "inhumane" and asked the federal government for aid.

Critics of the Biden administration point to policy changes that are responsible for the crisis. Among those include DHS termination of the Migrant Protection Protocols program, which forced asylum seekers to remain in Mexico until their asylum court date. That program, proponents argue, discouraged potential migrants from entering the United States.

Other policies include a shift away from prioritizing the deportation of illegal immigrants. The Free Beacon last year reported on deportations plummeting by 90 percent under the Biden administration, meaning fewer illegal immigrants are now removed from the country than at any point in decades.

Americans regularly rank the border crisis as a top issue of concern, polling shows. An August survey from NPR found a majority of Americans believe the United States is facing an "invasion" on the southern border.

Mexico arrests Army general in connection with disappearance of 43 students

Almost eight years ago, local college students were attempting to organize bus rides to the capital of Mexico City for a political demonstration when police officials and others violently dispersed them.

Mexico announced on Thursday that it had arrested an army general in connection with the disappearance of 43 students in 2014.

Gen. José Rodríguez Pérez was arrested alongside two other military officials, according to the New York Times.

"Four arrest warrants have been issued against members of the Mexican Army," Deputy Defense Minister Ricardo Mejía Berdeja said. "There are three people arrested, among them the commander of the 27th infantry battalion when the events took place in Iguala in September 2014."

Almost eight years ago, local college students were attempting to organize bus rides to the capital of Mexico City for a political demonstration when police officials and others violently dispersed them. A total of 43 students disappeared in the aftermath and few details are known beyond that.

Rodríguez was a colonel stationed in Iguala on the night of the mass disappearance, later determined to have been a kidnapping, the outlet noted. The deputy defense minister did not directly name him when announcing the arrests, though the outlet noted that past comments from public officials left no doubt that the general was among those arrested.

“Allegedly, six of the students were kept alive for up to four days after the events and were killed and disappeared on orders of the colonel, allegedly the then Colonel José Rodríguez Pérez," Mexican Under Secretary for Human Rights Alejandro Encinas said in August, per the Times.

Rodríguez is the highest ranked official arrested in connection with the Iguala kidnappings.

Corruption: Gov. Documents prove Bill Gates is Primary Funder of UK Medicine Regulator despite owning major shares in Pfizer & BioNTech

The Medicine & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) extended the emergency authorisation of the Pfizer / BioNTech mRNA jab in the UK to allow it to be given to children between the ages of 12 – 15 on the 4th June 2021.

At the time, the Chief Executive of the MHRA, Dr June Raine said the MHRA had “carefully reviewed clinical trial data in children aged 12 to 15 years and have concluded that the Pfizer vaccine is safe and effective in this age group and that the benefits outweigh any risk”.

We are left wondering if Dr June Raine and the MHRA have even read the results of the extremely short and small study. If they have then they would have seen that 86% of children in the study suffered an adverse reaction ranging from mild to extremely serious.

Just 1,127 children took part in the trial, however, only 1,097 children completed the trial, with 30 of them not participating after being given the first dose of the Pfizer jab. The results do not state why the 30 children did not go on to complete the trial.

The information is publicly available and contained within an FDA fact sheet which can be viewed here (see page 25, table 5 on-wards).

There was never any doubt that the MHRA would give emergency authorisation for the Pfizer / BioNTech vaccine to be used in children when you consider that a certain Mr Bill Gates owns shares in both Pfizer and BioNTech and is the primary funder of the MHRA.

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation bought shares in Pfizer back in 2002, and back in September 2020 Bill Gates ensured the value of his shares went up by announcing to the mainstream media in a CNBC interview that he viewed the Pfizer jab as the leader in the Covid-19 vaccine race.

“The only vaccine that, if everything went perfectly, might seek the emergency use license by the end of October, would be Pfizer.”

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation also “coincidentally” bought $55 million worth of shares in BioNTech in September 2019, just before the alleged Covid-19 pandemic struck.

Hundreds Of Children Included In Ukrainian Kill-List

Despite many complaints, appeals and critiques, the infamous Ukrainian website “Myrotvorets” remains active on the internet. The site exposes the personal data of thousands of people considered enemies by the Ukrainian neo-Nazi regime, making it the largest public kill-list ever witnessed. The most terrible point of this situation is that hundreds of ethnic Russian children are included in this list. Russian diplomats demand a position on the part of UNICEF on the matter, but international organizations remain silent.

FBI Agent: 'We Have More People Assigned to Investigate White Supremacists Than We Can Actually Find'

The Biden regime is planning on hosting a forum Thursday at the White House together with the Anti-Defamation League and Southern Poverty Law Center aimed at combatting the "explosive rise in extremism and White supremacy that threatens the core of America’s democracy," the Washington Times reports.

From The Washington Times, "FBI insiders say white supremacy threat overblown as Biden opens summit about racists, extremists":

The "United We Stand" summit builds on the administration's push to root out racially motivated domestic violent extremists. The threat sparked a sweeping strategy that included the creation of a specialized Justice Department unit to combat domestic terrorism. Mr. Biden will deliver the keynote address to highlight the administration's response to hate and "put forward a shared vision for a more united America," officials said.

The usual cast of characters will be in attendance.

Tomorrow, we will attend the @WhiteHouse’s #UnitedWeStand summit – along w/ many other civil rights organizations & community leaders. Join us for remarks from @POTUS & to learn our plans to protect our communities from targeted hate: https://t.co/1gUIc8u1Dl pic.twitter.com/NOkPJr7hp2

— ADL (@ADL) September 14, 2022

Extremism and hate endanger us all, regardless of political persuasion. We all have a stake in the success of tomorrow’s #UnitedWeStand summit — & that will be determined by the concrete actions & steps that follow. Failure is NOT an option. https://t.co/bXU32FVFMe

— Jonathan Greenblatt (@JGreenblattADL) September 15, 2022

Communities must work together and speak with one voice about the threat of violent hate. I’m attending the @WhiteHouse #UnitedWeStand Summit tomorrow – this coalition is a major step in continuing the momentum from the summit and making all our communities safer. https://t.co/GU0kLQig20

— Southern Poverty Law Center (@splcenter) September 13, 2022

The same cast of characters are also now running the Pentagon and purging the military.

Current and former FBI agents tell The Washington Times that the perceived threat has become overblown under the administration. They say bureau analysts and top officials are pressuring FBI agents to create domestic terrorist cases and tag people as White supremacists to meet internal metrics.

"The demand for White supremacy" coming from FBI headquarters "vastly outstrips the supply of White supremacy," said one agent, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. "We have more people assigned to investigate White supremacists than we can actually find."

The agent said those driving bureau policies "have already determined that White supremacy is a problem" and set agencywide policy to elevate racially motivated domestic extremism cases as priorities.

"We are sort of the lapdogs as the actual agents doing these sorts of investigations, trying to find a crime to fit otherwise First Amendment-protected activities," he said. "If they have a Gadsden flag and they own guns and they are mean at school board meetings, that's probably a domestic terrorist."

Every agent they have chasing "white supremacy" to advance their "white extremist" narrative is an agent not fighting the unprecedented crime surge in our major cities.

We hear so much about "systemic oppression" and "racial bias" in policing in relation to minority groups and yet here we have the highest law enforcement officers in the land systematically targeting white people to overcharge them with "domestic violent extremism"-related offenses and offering agents "awards and promotions" to frame them based off their race.

FBI has made no arrests in connection with Jane’s Revenge attacks on pregnancy centers, churches

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has still not made any arrests in its investigation of the attacks on pro-life centers and churches following the leaked Supreme Court opinion and the overturning of Roe v. Wade.

Since the draft was made public in May, over 20 attacks have occurred, many followed by the pro-abortion extremist group Jane’s Revenge claiming responsibility. However, the FBI has responded as if people opposed to abortion are also carrying out violent attacks in response to the leaked opinion. According to Fox News, the FBI continues to investigate “the series of attacks and threats targeting pregnancy resource centers, faith-based organizations, and reproductive health clinics across the country, as well as to judicial buildings, including the U.S. Supreme Court.”

“The incidents are being investigated as potential acts of domestic violent extremism, FACE (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances) Act violations or violent crime matters, depending on the facts of each case,” reads a statement from the FBI to Fox News Digital. “The FBI takes all violence and threats of violence very seriously, and we are working closely with our law enforcement partners at the national, state and local levels to investigate these incidents.”

In addition to the statement from the FBI, Fox News received confirmation from local police departments that there has been no arrest made in connection with any attack claimed by Jane’s Revenge, although investigations are ongoing.

The incidents began in May and lasted for weeks, with the latest attacks taking place in Ohio on July 7.

Jane’s Revenge has posted images and descriptions of its crimes on a blog which includes no names of individuals or guides to their specific plans. The group posted its “first communiqué” on May 8.

“This is not a declaration of war,” the post reads. “War has been upon us for decades. A war which we did not want, and did not provoke. Too long have we been attacked for asking for basic medical care. Too long have we been shot, bombed, and forced into childbirth without consent.”

The post was written below a photo of a vandalized, fire-scarred building and a caption announcing the first act of violence. Jane’s Revenge referred to the arsonists as “anarchists” and said it had members throughout the USA.

“Wisconsin is the first flashpoint, but we are all over the US, and we will issue no further warnings. And we will not stop, we will not back down, nor will we hesitate to strike until the inalienable right to manage our own health is returned to us.”

Exclusive Doc Indicates Special Counsel Failing To Bring Collusion Hoaxers To Justice

A whitepaper obtained first by The Federalist suggests Special Counsel John Durham botched the investigation of a second Russia collusion hoax, the one concerning Yota cellphones.

In a scandal linked to the Spygate operation, Hillary Clinton cronies peddled to the CIA fake evidence they claimed established Donald Trump and his associates were using the Russian-made Yota cellphones in the vicinity of the White House and other key locations. The news of this operation broke during the special counsel’s prosecution of former Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann. However, the just-obtained Yota whitepaper that was supposed to undergird Sussmann’s claims differs substantially from the memoranda documenting what Sussmann supposedly said to the CIA.

Durham’s team has known of these discrepancies for years but has failed to hold responsible those who used the CIA to target a political opponent and the then-president of the United States with false smears of corruption with a foreign power. Now with the news that the special counsel’s office has let the grand jury expire, suggesting a winding down of the investigation, Durham’s failure to seek charges related to the Yota phone hoax is appalling. Durham offered the only apparent opportunity for justice in this entire collection of major scandals.

Sussmann Trial Unveiled Another Collusion Hoax

One year ago, almost to the day, Durham charged Sussmann with one count of lying to the then-FBI general counsel James Baker. According to the indictment, during a September 19, 2016, meeting with Baker, Sussmann provided the FBI’s general counsel information that purported to show the existence of a secret communication channel between the Trump organization and the Russian Alfa Bank.

“The indictment charged that Sussmann told Baker during that meeting that he was not working on behalf of any client, when, according to the indictment, Sussmann was actually acting on behalf of ‘a U.S. technology industry executive at a U.S. Internet company’—later identified as Rodney Joffe—and ‘the Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign.’”

While a jury acquitted Sussmann of the charged offense, the prosecution of the former Clinton campaign lawyer revealed several previously unknown details related to the Russia collusion hoax, including Sussmann’s peddling of a second Trump-Russia connection to the CIA.

According to court filings, beginning in December of 2016, Sussmann sought to score a meeting with the CIA. Then on January 31, 2017, Sussmann previewed the information he hoped to hand off to the agency, telling a former CIA employee that he represented a client who had discussed “some interesting information about the presence and activity of a unique Russian made phone around President Trump.”

During his January 2017 conversation, according to a memorandum summarizing the exchange, Sussmann said the activity began in April 2016 when then President-elect Trump was working out of the Trump Tower on its Wi-Fi network. After his move to the White House, Sussmann stressed, the same phone surfaced on the Executive Office Building network.

Thirteen suspects arrested during undercover operation focusing on online solicitation of minors

Full statement from Sheriff Grady’s office on the 13 men arrested during the undercover operation “Operation Cyber Guardian II”:

Polk County Sheriff's Office detectives arrested 13 men during a week long undercover operation “Operation Cyber Guardian II” during which detectives posed as children on social media platforms, mobile apps, and online dating sites to investigate those who prey upon and travel to meet children for unlawful sexual activity. PCSO was assisted in the effort by police departments from Auburndale, Bartow, Davenport, and Tampa, as well as the Hernando County Sheriff's Office, Orange County Sheriff's Office, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and the Office of the State Attorney 10th Judicial Circuit, State Attorney Brian Haas. Click here for Sheriff Judd's comments.

The suspects communicated with and solicited who they thought were children online. Eight suspects showed up at an undercover location in Polk County at separate times to meet who they thought were children, to sexually batter them. Detectives obtained warrants for five other suspects who were arrested and booked into jails in their respective counties. Three of the suspects believed they were speaking with a parent or guardian of a child who wanted to teach their "child" to have sex or arranging for the minor to have sex with the suspect.

In all, detectives arrested 13 suspects, who face a total of 41 felony and 3 misdemeanor charges which include: traveling to meet a minor for sex, attempted lewd battery, use of a computer to seduce a child, unlawful use of a two-way communication device, and transmission of material harmful to a child. Two of the suspects told detectives they were married; two brought condoms; two brought illegal drugs.

Of the suspects who had warrants, all of them sent sexually explicit images and/or videos to who they thought were 13, 14, or 15-year-old girls, or 14-year-old boys. Two of the suspects are from another county and are in custody there, in Orange and Brevard counties.

“We will continue to conduct proactive operations like this to search out these evil predators before they get to our children. Thanks to the hard work of our detectives and the detectives in our partnering agencies, these 13 predators have been arrested. We are going hold them criminally accountable for their attempts to sexually abuse, groom, and corrupt our children. Parents please get all in your child’s business when it comes to their use of electronic devices that gives them access to online gaming, mobile applications, texting, or the internet. Check their devices regularly, and ensure parental controls are enabled to keep men like these away from your kids.” – Grady Judd, Sheriff
