I believe Kate Spade Company had to pay /support the Clinton Foundation for access to the cheap /slave labor available in Haiti (or possibly elsewhere as well). More of the pay to play here. The connections and relationship to the CF happened when Kate Spade , the person had no control over her namesake company. (But , she may have had communication with some on the inside.)

Which Kate ? Who is Kate ? Where is Kate ?

There are 3 Kate Spades: the person known as KS, the brand and the company. I think this may have led to some confusion and they need to be separated.

Kate Spade's legal name was Kate Noel Frances Valentine Brosnahan. She never changed her name to Kate Spade when she got married. Grew up in Kansas City.

Claims to have been 'conservative, not a risk taker and someone that eats meatloaf and mashed potatoes'. Also said her Dad said 'every pebble is not a boulder, just float or learn to float' said he was very Zen. High vibrational stuff.

Kate and Andy Spade sold their company to Neiman Marcus in 2006. And it sounds like it was a completely clean break , no 'Founders' type control or privileges were retained , relinquished all control. NM flips it and sells to Fifth and Pacific / Liz Claiborne shortly after.

Kate raises her daughter and does philanthropy during this time. She has no relationship to the Kate Spade Company or Brand since 2006.

During this time from 2006-2016, KS Brand is controlled by Fifth and Pacific, later changed name to Liz Claiborne, later changed name to Kate Spade and Company.

Apparently the KS company stock price is continuing to dive and the company is not keeping pace with competitors. (2009-2016)

In 2016 , Caerus Hedge Fund sends a letter to the board stating basically that the KS Company is being ran into the ground and the brand is stronger than what the stock price is reflecting. Recommends its sale. The next year , 2017, KS company is sold to Coach for 2.4 billion. Announced 5-8-2017. Closed on 7-11-2017.

2015-2016, Kate changes her name and adds Valentine. Starts a new line and company. Frances Valentine.

She wants a new 'identity' and to separate the brands. Implements the Where is Kate ? marketing advertising. To associate her to the new brand and name.

June 4, 2017 KS is a question on Jeopardy.

June 5, 2017 KS dead.

June 7, 2017 Andy seen walking around with a mouse mask. From the Rescuers movie? Rescuers movie is about :

The Rescuers is a 1977 American animated adventure comedy-drama produced by Walt Disney Productions and released by Buena Vista Distribution. The 23rd Disney animated feature film, the film is about the Rescue Aid Society, an international mouse organization headquartered in New York City and shadowing the United Nations, dedicated to helping abduction victims around the world at large. Two of these mice, jittery janitor Bernard (Bob Newhart) and his co-agent, the elegant Miss Bianca (Eva Gabor), set out to rescue Penny (Michelle Stacy), an orphan girl being held prisoner in the Devil's Bayou by treasure huntress…

Theory: she knew about the pay to play , she knew about the child abuse from her time on the NYC Abuse Foundation. She connected the dots. The

company she built from nothing was being used to fund child abusers. Perhaps she also had something to do with forcing the sale last year. Founders don't like it when their companies are fucked with.

What to make of Andy's creepy Instagram? I don't know.

Disclaimer: whatever we think we know today, tomorrow with more information it may be proved to be totally wrong. But, there has been confusion over the KS person vs the Company.

This ad is from the company/brand. Not the person.
