Last bread True Pundit also mentioned this and said it was on p.294 of the report. I looked at my page 294, as well as the page numbered 294, and neither of them matched what True Pundit said was on it.
Therefore I conclude that there are multiple different copies of the IG report floating around in da interwebz. Some prelim copies must have been leaked.
