In my training this morning a slide is breaking down LGBTQIA+
Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer & or Questioning, Intersex, Asexual and/or Ally.
They ain't got to that yet, maybe in next year's training. We are to use pronouns that they request us to use tho and use bathroom of the gender identity.
