Exclusive: Mike Lindell's FBI Subpoena Is Here!

'We request that you not disclose the existence of this subpoena for an indefinite period of time."

Did you ever wonder what a subpoena from the FBI looks like?

Here’s page 1.

There’s some interesting language here — to say the least. The FBI doesn’t want people to disclose the existence of subpoenas? The FBI has an expectation of privacy? The federal government asking private citizens to stay silent is a red flag.

The FBI is referring here to the Tina Peters case in Colorado. According to left-wing corporate media outlets where corrupt law enforcement entities regularly leak information, the FBI is “gathering evidence related to three potential crimes in Mesa County, Colorado: identity theft, intentional damage to a protected computer and/or conspiracy to commit either.”

Ah, yes, computer damage and identity theft — are those crimes that the FBI usually investigates? It reminds me of the the time that Chris Wray scrambled fifteen agents to investigate a garage door pull for Bubba Wallace! Remember the great NASCAR noose hoax of 2020?

Judge Tony Leung signed this warrant at 11:18 am on September 7th in Minnesota. His bio is here.

The FBI seized Lindell’s phone on Tuesday, September 13th — so the FBI managed to execute this warrant in one week.

That’s the same FBI that has not issued a warrant for Hunter Biden’s laptop in three years — but did have the time to warn Facebook to stop the laptop story from spreading on social media to protect Joe Biden.

More pages of Mike Lindell’s subpoena coming soon…

Michael Anton speech: Deep State national security bureaucracy no longer “great patriots keeping us safe”…

September 16, 2022 ( ago)

A must-watch speech by former Trump administration insider Michael Anton.

Anton describes the difference between the Administrative State vs. the Deep State.

He also presents an interesting thesis in and of itself: that no one is in charge in the American system, rather, the “doctrine” (think: political correctness) has a tyrannical, self-perpetuating logic of its own.

Conservatives have a deep-seated suspicion of bureaucracy. We view it as cumbersome, expensive, intrusive, inefficient, sclerotic, often irrational, and not infrequently tyrannical. This distrust is mostly focused on domestic policy: for instance, Environmental Protection Agency rules that ban lightbulbs or stop building and development to protect some species. But the right has tended to play down the threat from the national-security bureaucracy.

That’s understandable in a way. There are many great patriots in our military and in the intelligence services. These organizations have done great things in the past.

Conservatives remember with fondness President Ronald Reagan’s military buildup that exorcized the ghost of Vietnam, and then won the Cold War and the first Gulf War. Many of us also remember 9/11—though it’s getting hard to recall just how insecure the nation felt in the immediate aftermath. When and where were the follow-on attacks that were sure to come? That question was on everyone’s lips. And when those attacks didn’t come, we were grateful to a security state that we were sure prevented them. And there were at least a few verifiable instances when it did.

Women seeking an abortion in Hungary must listen to a "foetal heartbeat" before they can undergo the procedure as the country tightens its abortion laws.

The Interior Ministry said "nearly two-thirds of Hungarians associate the beginning of a child's life with the first heartbeat" and added that modern equipment can detect heartbeats early in pregnancy to provide "more comprehensive information for pregnant women".

The decree states healthcare providers must provide pregnant women with "a clearly identifiable indication of foetal vital signs" before proceeding with an abortion.

In a statement, Hungary's Interior Ministry said "nearly two-thirds of Hungarians associate the beginning of a child's life with the first heartbeat".

It said modern equipment can detect heartbeats early in pregnancy to provide "more comprehensive information for pregnant women".

Aron Demeter, from Amnesty International Hungary, said the decree was a "very alarming step back" which "basically puts women already in a difficult position into a more difficult position".

He told Sky News: "The only 'achievement' of this amendment will be that people trying to access abortion will be more traumatised and more stressed."

Mr Demeter said the organisation was calling for the repeal of the amendment, adding: "It is not about giving information to women to make informed decisions, but rather to put pressure on them not to access abortion, which is definitely a violation of their human rights." Bullshit

President: Kazakhstan’s capital will again be called Astana

MOSCOW (AP) — Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has agreed to restore the former name of the country’s capital just three years after he renamed it in honor of his predecessor, his spokesperson said Tuesday.

One of Tokayev’s first moves upon taking office in 2019 after President Nursultan Nazarbayev stepped down was to call for Kazakhstan’s capital, Astana, to be dubbed Nur-Sultan instead.

Nazarbayev, who led the country for three decades under the Soviet Union and after it gained independence in 1991, relocated the capital from Almaty to Astana in 1997. The move was widely questioned because of the city’s relative isolation in the northern steppes and notoriously frigid winters in which temperatures plunge as low as 51 degrees Celsius below zero (minus-60 F).

He made the city into a showplace of gaudy architecture, including an observation tower where visitors can place their hands in a print of Nazarbayev’s.

After he stepped down, Nazarbayev retained enormous influence as head of the county’s ruling party and security council. But Tokayev removed him from those posts after deadly unrest in January that hinged partly on dissatisfaction with the power that Nazarbayev still wielded.

Tokayev’s spokesman, Ruslan Zheliban, said the president agreed to the name change after an initiative by a group of parliament members.

Meet the Brooklyn judge now at the epicenter of the Mar-a-Lago records case

Raymond Dearie will be the special master tasked with sorting through the files seized from Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home. Good luck, judge.

Dearie is a former U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, a job he held from 1982 to 1986. He was chief judge of the Eastern District from 2007 to 2011. He remains an active judge on senior status, meaning he has a reduced caseload.

He also served on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court for seven years — where he was one of the judges who signed off warrants the FBI used to surveil 2016 Trump campaign aide Carter Page in an investigation into Russian election interference.

Federal investigators later determined an FBI lawyer altered an email used to support the surveillance application — something Trump has used to discredit the entire investigation — though a judge on the FBI attorney’s subsequent criminal case acknowledged the application might have been granted anyhow.

Some documents seized at Mar-a-Lago were marked “FISA,” indicating they relate to intelligence derived from foreign sources, according to an affidavit in the case.

“He works incredibly well with parties, but doesn’t tolerate nonsense,” said Richard Garbarini of Garbarini Fitzgerald P.C. “=•He will not allow parties, or attorneys, to play games, or play fast-and-loose with the rules==.”

Though few, if any, cases will match the stakes and intrigue of the Mar-a-Lago investigation, Dearie does have some high-profile cases under his belt. Those include the corruption trials of several officials at FIFA, the global soccer governing body.

He also oversaw a court battle in the 2017 New York City mayoral race. Former New York City Councilmember Sal Albanese didn’t meet polling and fundraising thresholds to gain admittance into televised debates, and he sued the city’s Campaign Finance Board seeking an injunction so he could take the stage. But Dearie ruled the finance board’s criteria were not partisan, subjective or discriminatory.

https://www.politico.com/news/2022/09/15/brooklyn-judge-raymond-dearie-mar-a-lago-00057085

Some observers believe that the judges on the FISA court that were deceived by FBI, are pissed they were lied to and were dragged into illegal FISA warrants. I think the only reason Weissmann and others approved of him, was to freak out the Trump side and than not want him. I believe Trump’s attorneys did a deep dive into the history of the two judges they proposed.

Trump Says FBI And DOJ Are Targeting And Harassing ‘Dozens Of Amazing Patriots Who Stand For America’

September 14, 2022

45th President Donald J. Trump accused the DOJ and the FBI of targeting and harassing dozens of amazing patriots who stand for America. Trump took to Truth Social on Wednesday. There, he suggested therecent federal scrutiny on some of his supporters may be in retaliation for Representative Liz Cheney’s (R-Wyo.) primary defeat.

He then went on to say that radical left Democrats are destroying the country and are seeking to take vengeance on him and his supporters. However, Trump asserted he will never back down.

This comes after former Trump advisor Steve Bannon alleged that the FBI raided the homes of dozens of Trump supporters last week

Hungarian PM warns Ukraine could lose up to half of its territory – media

The conflict between Moscow and Kiev could last for years, Viktor Orban reportedly said in a speech behind closed doors

The Ukraine conflict could last until 2030 and the West is to blame for making it global rather than local in nature, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has said, according to Radio Free Europe (RFE/RL).

Orban was reportedly speaking at a closed-door event involving his ruling Fidesz party a week ago, with the details of his speech now being leaked to the media.

The Hungarian leader allegedly told his supporters in the village of Kotcse on September 10 that he believed Ukraine may end up losing between one third and one half of its territory due to the conflict with Russia, RFE/RL reported on Friday, citing participants of the meeting.

The fighting between Moscow and Kiev – which is being helped by the US, EU and some other countries – could continue all the way until 2030, Orban reportedly warned. The crisis in Ukraine started as a local conflict but the involvement of the West has turned it into a global affair, the prime minister said.

According to the report, Orban again lashed out at EU sanctions imposed on Russia over its military operation in Ukraine, saying the bloc had shot itself in the foot with those curbs.

The energy crisis, which occurred as a result of those restrictions, could force 40% of European industry to shut down this winter, he reportedly added.

In his speech, the Hungarian leader also allegedly revealed that European leaders are expected to decide on prolonging the sanctions for another six months later in autumn, insisting that an attempt should be made to prevent that extension.

The way things are going now, the eurozone and the EU itself could cease to exist by 2030, Orban was quoted as saying.

Hungary has remained relatively neutral since the outbreak of fighting in Ukraine in late February. It has refused to send arms to Kiev and consistently criticized EU sanctions on Moscow. Budapest, which is heavily dependent on Russian energy, was also able to negotiate an exemption for itself from the bloc-wide ban on Russian oil.

Earlier this month, Mikulas Bek, the European affairs minister of the Czech Republic, which now presides over the EU Council, warnedthat Hungary’s stance on Russia could theoretically end up with it exiting the bloc.

Pelosi offers US security assistance to Russian ally

The sovereignty of Armenia is of value to America, the House speaker claims

US House Speaker Nanacy Pelosi blamed Azerbaijan for the current flareup with Armenia and offered security assistance to Yerevan, as she arrived to the Armenian capital on Sunday.

Pelosi said her trip was of prime importance in view of the “illegal and deadly attacks by Azerbaijan on Armenian territory.”

“We strongly condemn those attacks. This was initiated by the Azeris and there has to be recognition of that,” she insisted.

Border clashes erupted between Armenia and Azerbaijan on Tuesday, with both sides accusing each other of initiating the violence. Yerevan has said it lost 135 troops in the fighting, with Baku putting its death toll at 79 soldiers.

The two former Soviet republics remain at odds over the Nagorno-Karabakh region, which has been controlled by ethnic Armenian forces, supported by Yerevan, since the 1990s, but is claimed by Azerbaijan as part of its territory.

The neighboring countries fought a 44-day war over Nagorno-Karabakh in 2020, which ended with a Russia-brokered truce and the ceding of some territories to Baku.

“The territorial security and sovereignty of Armenia, the democracy of Armenia is of value to us in America. In our relationships with other countries we should be using our influence, our leverage, showing that Armenian democracy and sovereignty are a priority,” Pelosi insisted.

The resolution condemning Azerbaijan’s aggressive action Armenia will be taken up in Congress soon, the third-highest-ranking US official promised.

Also on Sunday, dozens of people staged a rally in Yerevan demanding that Armenia quit the Russia-led Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). The demonstrators chanted slogans, while carrying Armenian and US national flags.

Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan earlier addressed CSTO for help amid the current crisis, with Baku offering Yerevan a truce shortly after that. The bloc sent a joint mission to Armenia, but refrained from sending military forces, prompting dissatisfaction from Armenian officials.

Pelosi’s previous visit to another global hotspot – Taiwan – provoked a major spike in tensions between the US and China last month.

US secretly making plans for Guantanamo – WSJ

A senior diplomat has been appointed to oversee transfers of detainees from the prison facility, the outlet reports

The US government has quietly stepped up efforts to close the prison facility at Guantanamo Bay naval base in Cuba, the Wall Street Journal reported on Saturday.

Despite being one of President Joe Biden’s campaign promises, the White House took a low-profile approach to the issue during his first year in office in order to avoid political controversy, sources told the outlet.

But now Washington is moving closer to shutting down the prison, which was set up in 2002 to host foreign terrorists captured abroad, according to the people familiar with the matter.

For the first time, a senior diplomat has been appointed to oversee the transfer of detainees from Guantanamo Bay, the WSJ says. The job of the special representative reportedly went to Tina Kaidanow, a former ambassador-at-large for counterterrorism.

The WSJ said it tried reaching Kaidanow for comment, but the State Department spokesman replied that she was unavailable

The Biden administration has also been signaling that it wouldn’t interfere with plea negotiations that could resolve the lasting prosecution of alleged 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other co-defendants, the Wall Street Journal said.

Mohammed is among the 36 detainees currently held at Guantanamo Bay. The infamous facility has hosted around 800 people, often held without charge or trial, over the past two decades. It last received a new inmate back in 2008.

The promise to close Guantanamo Bay was first made by Barack Obama, under whom Biden was vice president.

Back in December, it was reported that the US Department of Defense was moving ahead with a $4 million project to build a new courtroom at the facility.

EU ports ready to accept Russian fertilizers – UN

Secretary-General Guterres says he spoke with EU leaders this week about lifting sanctions on Russian fertilizer exports

Major European ports have signaled their readiness to facilitate the export of Russian fertilizers, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said in an interview with RIA Novosti, published on Saturday.

“We are… in contact with the ports. We have received positive signals from Rotterdam, from the Finnish port of Kotka. We are also in discussions with Antwerp and Hamburg. So we are very attentive to this problem and very committed to solving it,” the official said in response to a question on the export of Russian fertilizers.

In July, a multilateral agreement was signed in Istanbul freeing up Ukrainian grain exports via the Black Sea and lifting restrictions on Russian grain and fertilizer exports. While Western sanctions do not technically restrict the sale of Russian agricultural produce, the measures still affect shipping, posing problems to payments and insurance of Russian cargo, among other things.

According to Russia, however, the promised lifting of restrictions on Russian exports has not come about yet, with tons of fertilizers currently amassed at EU ports. Guterres said he spoke with EU leaders this week and is certain that the situation will improve soon.

“First of all, we are engaged in trying to convince those who put certain obstacles to remove them. This week I had an intensive series of contacts with the leaders of the EU. And I hope there will be a positive change with regard to the possibility of distributing Russian grain and fertilizers without obstacles through Europe to other markets,” Guterres stated.

Ukraine fumes over ‘unnatural borders’ claim

Officials defend the “inviolability” of modern Ukraine’s Soviet-drawn frontiers

The Ukrainian Embassy in Romania has accused the EU country's former foreign minister, Andrei Marga, of undermining the“basic principles of international law,” after he claimed that the borders of modern Ukraine are “unnatural,” and suggested that Kiev should cede parts of its territory to neighboring states.

The embassy voiced its “regret” that a former top official of a “democratic European state”would make a statement that is not just “unacceptable under any circumstances,” but also represents a “particularly blatant deviation at a time when Ukraine heroically defends its independence and the security of Europe.”

The former Romanian diplomat made the controversial remark earlier on Saturday at the Alba Transylvania book fair, where he presented his new book ‘The Fate of Democracy’ and suggested that leading world powers should come together and agree on a new “security structure” in Europe and worldwide.

“We are in a very special situation here, and I take this with all responsibility, Ukraine exists in unnatural borders. It should cede Transcarpathia to Hungary, Galicia to Poland, Bukovina to Romania, Donbass and Crimea to Russia. These are the territories of other countries,” he said, listing the regions that were incorporated into then-Soviet Ukraine by the Communists, but which he thinks should be relinquished.

Over the course of the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine, Kiev has repeatedly vowed to regain all territories it held following the collapse of the Soviet Union.

After the 2014 Maidan coup, Ukraine lost Crimea, which ended up re-unifying with Russia after a referendum. In February 2022, the Kremlin recognized two Donbass republics as independent states, citing Kiev’s failure to implement the Minsk agreements, designed to give the regions special status within the Ukrainian state.

Kiev insists the Russian offensive was completely unprovoked, even as Former Ukrainian President Pyotr Poroshenko had admitted that Kiev’s main goal was to use the ceasefire to buy time and “create powerful armed forces.” Moscow has since demanded that Ukraine officially declare itself a neutral country that will never join any Western military bloc.

Zelensky wants to exchange Ukrainian soldiers for fertilizer

Kiev will allow the transit of Russian ammonia through its territory only if Moscow turns over POWs, the Ukrainian president has said

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky will allow Russia to resume sending ammonia exports through his country, thus easing a global fertilizer shortage, only if Moscow releases Ukrainian prisoners of war, he told Reuters on Friday.

“I am against supplying ammonia from the Russian Federation through our territory. I would only do it in exchange for our prisoners,” Zelensky told the outlet. “This is what I offered the UN.”

The Kremlin quickly dismissed the offer. “Are people and ammonia the same thing?” spokesman Dmitry Peskov responded, as reported by the news agency TASS.

While Zelensky has claimed Ukraine took hundreds of Russian troops as prisoners during its recent counter-offensive in Kharkov, he has acknowledged Russia holds more Ukrainian POWs.

The UN had suggested Russian fertilizer producer Uralchem pump ammonia gas by pipeline to the Ukrainian border, where it could be purchased by Trammo, a US-based commodities trader.

The pipeline can pump as many as 2.5 million tons of ammonia per year from the Volga region to the port of Yuzhny on the Black Sea. However, the port has been closed since the start of Russia’s military offensive in February.

Ammonia is a vital ingredient in nitrate fertilizer, and a shortage in supply threatens to compound the global food crisis, itself already exacerbated by the conflict as much of the world’s wheat comes from Ukraine and Russia.

As many as 70% of European ammonia plants have reduced or halted production in recent months due to record-high energy prices, according to the Russian fertilizer industry.

Russia, Ukraine and Turkey signed a UN-brokered deal in July to resume grain exports from Ukraine’s Black Sea ports to alleviate the shortage. However, Russia’s representative to the UN, Vassily Nebenzia, recently blamed Western sanctions for holding up shipments of both grain and fertilizer.

He accused EU officials of hypocrisy for blocking Russian shipments to Africa, Asia and Latin America while allowing the critical resources to reach the bloc’s own shores. Of the 136 ships that have left Ukrainian ports carrying grain, just six went to the poorest countries suffering food crises.

Dumb Asphalt: Biden Starts Handing Out Grants to Rid Us of Racist Highways

Matt Margolis

Joe Biden has now officially taken his overcompensation for being an old white guy to the next level by handing out the first federal grants to dismantle our nation’s racist highways.

That is not a typo.

Rather than devoting federal resources to improving our national infrastructure, Biden is wasting millions to address the problem of “racist roads.” What makes a road racist? I’m just the messenger here, but according to MSNBC, so-called “racist roads” being targeted by Biden were “designed to facilitate white flight and deprive black communities of housing and commercial opportunities.”

Fellow white dude Pete Buttigieg, who occasionally makes appearances pretending to be the Transportation Secretary, confirmed that $104.6 million in federal funds from last year’s bipartisan infrastructure bill will be used to dismantle Interstate 375 in Detroit.

And the world will once again be a better place. Hallelujah, can I get an amen?

“This stretch of I-375 cuts like a gash through the neighborhood, one of many examples I have seen in communities across the country where a piece of infrastructure has become a barrier,” Buttigieg told the Associated Press. “With these funds, we’re now partnering with the state and the community to transform it into a road that will connect rather than divide.”

According to the Associated Press, “Detroit’s project would create a slower-speed boulevard that aims to improve safety by removing a steep curve and adding LED lighting, while removing 15 old bridges and two stormwater runoff pump stations and building out wider sidewalks, protected bike lanes and pedestrian crossings.”

Racism: solved.

The FBI: Disturbing the Peace and Creating Inter-Party War

By Clarice Feldman

Many old-timers like me doubtless remember the old-time radio show “The FBI in Peace and War,” which touted the magnificent operations of the Bureau. These days they operate as an arm of the Democrat party, grossly exaggerating the size and operations of white supremacists to suggest they, not the Antifa and BLM thugs, are the real threat to the nation. In the process they have beset many innocent people and aided Biden in besmirching millions of Trump supporters. (In fact, there are so few anti-Black threats that almost all of the anti-Black incidents have been proven to be Jussie Smollett hoaxes – loser wannabes seeking attention by painting themselves as victims. Often, on campuses not coincidentally around exam time.)

Of course, this unwarranted emphasis is done to demonize political opposition and drive Black voters to the polls under the mistaken belief that there are armies of white Republicans out to harm them. Because history education is so corrupted, among other facts. Many Black voters do not know these facts:

1.The Civil Rights Act could not have passed without the strong support it received from Republicans;

  1. The nation's public schools were desegregated by Republican President Dwight D. Eisenhower;

  2. Republican President Abraham Lincoln freed the slaves;

  3. Democrat president Woodrow Wilson resegregated the federal work force.

Nor, I think, do many Jewish and Japanese Americans know that Democrat Franklin D. Roosevelt interned Japanese Americans and appointed and approved the actions of the State Department officials who deliberately limited those Jewish legal visa holders who were trying to escape the Holocaust by fleeing here.

The FBI’s focusing attention on the almost nonexistent white nationalists deflects from the real history of the two parties just as it hopes to draw attention drawn away from an open border, rising inflation, food and gas shortages, and skyrocketing crime – the real landmarks of this administration.

Having sent a pack of marauders to Mar-a-Lago to grab everything in sight, including some clothing, medical records, tax records, over a thousand news clippings and privileged attorney-client correspondence, the agency was taken aback when Judge Aileen Cannon in Florida threw a wrench into the agency’s very obvious plan to affect the midterms with lies – as it did the 2020 election with the phony baloney Russian Collusion fairytale.

Desperately seeking a stay of the judge’s order to halt reviewing and using the materials seized until an outside observer could weigh the merit of its claim that 100 of the 11,000 seized documents were classified, they sought this week a stay of that portion of the order and lost again as Judge Cannon made clear that the Court granted the Bureau no special credibility. Without this ruling, it would have seemed near impossible for Trump to defend himself on the grounds of executive and lawyer-client privilege, in part because he has never been allowed to see a list of the documents seized, let alone those 100 the Bureau claims are classified.ns on these important and disputed issues.”

In the Federalist, Margot Cleveland details the latest ruling. Here are some key points about the survey to be undertaken by the Special Master Judge Raymond J. Dearie, whom she appointed after both the Bureau and President Trump had named him as a possible candidate for the position:

First, Cannon directed Dearie to “review all of the materials” seized during the Mar-a-Lago raid, something the DOJ desperately wanted to avoid, especially for the documents it segregated as marked classified.

Second, Dearie must verify that the property listed in the “Detailed Property Inventory” “represents the full and accurate extent of the property seized.”

Not only will Trump’s attorneys be entitled to review the totality of the material, then, but Judge Cannon’s order also directs the lawyers to provide their position on which of four categories each item seized falls into: 1) personal items and documents not claimed to be privileged; 2) personal documents claimed to be privileged; 3) presidential records claimed to be privileged; and 4) presidential records not claimed to be privileged. Then the special master will make recommendations on areas of disagreement for Judge Cannon to decide.
