Why did President Trump walk offstage tonight into a starless American flag?

 

Does the flag represent unity? That we need to put aside our differences and come together during these dark days.

Does it signify the restoration of our republic. If we’re going back to 1776 rule, then no states had joined the republic yet. Each state will have to rejoin when our true republic is restored!
