Why Is Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft Moving to Block an Investigation Into Election Fraud?

Earlier this month, Missouri State Representative candidate Alison Graeff filed suit against Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft and St. Charles Election Authority Director Kurt Bahr in St. Charles County (MO) Circuit Court.

Graeff alleged that multiple levels of Missouri electronic voting systems were vulnerable to election fraudsters. The Missouri Secretary of State is ultimately responsible for ensuring free and fair elections throughout the state of Missouri.

Gateway Pundit readers may recall that earlier this year St. Charles County Elections Director Kurt Bahr was busted playing games on his cell phone instead of listening to the public evidence of election systems vulnerabilities. during a public meeting. You can read about that here:

Graeff’s lawsuit alleges that voting equipment – which by federal law is required to be regularly audited by EAC (US Election Assistance Commission), and by approved elections systems auditors ,and certified to be up-to-date. This is not happening according to several local activists – like it is not happening in jurisdictions around the country.

The machines could be susceptible to voter fraud. Secretary of State Ashcroft must be aware of the vulnerability.

The suit alleges that Ashcroft, the systems auditors, and federal elections authorities were and are asleep at the switch and not performing their duties. The suit alleges that the software and systems have not had their software updated, have not been audited to ensure a fair and secure election in November and that the electronic voting equipment has not been properly certified by a legally accredited EAC lab as required by law.

In fact, Graeff was scheduled to present her evidence in court on Monday. But then, at the eleventh hour, on Friday, September 16th, Secretary of State Ashcroft used a procedural move to force Graeff’s lawsuit into federal court. Federal court judges inside and outside Missouri are notorious for their contempt for both civil rights plaintiffs and their rights under the Constitution.

Ashcroft likely knows this and is banking on it. He’s trying to deep-six the lawsuit in federal court to prevent a public investigation to secure Missouri’s elections which is his responsibility.

Biden Regime Moves Forward with US Central Bank Digital Currency So They Can Ban, Censor and Shut Down Accounts of Boisterous Conservatives and Starve Them Out

Last July, PayPal partnered with the notoriously far-left Anti-Defamation League (ADL) to determine who can use their services.

The partnership was announced on July 24th, with the companies claiming that they are going to “investigate how extremist and hate movements in the United States take advantage of financial platforms to fund their criminal activities,” according to a report from Reuters.

Of course, the ADL has been known to brand anyone who supports Donald Trump or holds views to the right of Karl Marx as an “extremist.”

Then, without warning, The Gateway Pundit and Jim Hoft were banned from Paypal on the last day of 2021.

The Gateway Pundit is one of the top 250 websites in the United States and one of the top news websites in the country today and had over 900,000,000 page views in 2021. The Gateway continues to grow despite constant attacks, smears, limited social media, and lawsuits.

We have never violated any of Paypal’s bylaws — BUT we are conservative and Pro-Trump. That was our mistake.

They did not give us a reason for the banning. They say, “It’s contractual right to cease doing business with you pursuant to PayPal’s User Agreement.”

The Democrats have partnered with Big Tech, Big Pharma, and Big Media to stifle, censor, silence, punish, harass, ban and silence conservatives on every prominent social media platform. Several conservatives have been banned from banks and jobs due to their political beliefs. Americans who oppose the experimental vaccines have lost their jobs in government and teaching. Even insurance companies are denying coverage to conservatives. (we know this for a fact!)

Now the Biden regime is working to create a national digital currency for the United States.

The White House reported:

President Biden often summarizes his vision for America in one word: Possibilities. A “digital dollar” may seem far-fetched, but modern technology could make it a real possibility.

A United States central bank digital currency (CBDC) would be a digital form of the U.S. dollar. While the U.S. has not yet decided whether it will pursue a CBDC, the U.S. has been closely examining the implications of, and options for, issuing a CBDC. If the U.S. pursued a CBDC, there could be many possible benefits, such as facilitating efficient and low-cost transactions, fostering greater access to the financial system, boosting economic growth, and supporting the continued centrality of the U.S. within the international financial system. However, a U.S. CBDC could also introduce a variety of risks, as it might affect everything ranging from the stability of the financial system to the protection of sensitive data.

Notably, these benefits and risks might vary significantly based on how the CBDC system is designed and deployed. That is why Executive Order 14067, Ensuring Responsible Development of Digital Assets, placed the highest urgency on research and development efforts into the potential design and deployment options of a U.S. CBDC. The Executive Order directed the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), in consultation with other Federal departments and agencies, to submit to the President a technical evaluation for a potential U.S. CBDC system.

Today, OSTP is publishing its report, Technical Evaluation for a U.S. Central Bank Digital Currency System, which lays out policy objectives for a potential U.S. CBDC system and analyzes key technical design choices for a U.S. CBDC system. The report also estimates the technical feasibility of building a CBDC minimum viable product and describes how a U.S. CBDC system might affect Federal operations. The report makes recommendations on how to prepare the Federal Government for a U.S. CBDC system. Importantly, the report does not make any assessments or recommendations about whether the U.S. should pursue a CBDC, nor does it make any decisions regarding particular design choices for a potential U.S. CBDC system.

Does anyone really believe the communist left will not use such a system to punish their political enemies?

Of course they will. They already are. Has anyone counted the current number of jailed J6 activists who never even walked inside the the US Capitol on January 6?

Democrats will do anything they can to destroy ANYONE on the right who gets in their way.

To trust grifter Joe Biden or the Democrats with a digital currency is naive to say the least. It will be another tool in their arsenal to punish and starve out their political opponents.

Pentagon watchdog flags potentially illegal blanket denials of COVID vax religious exemptions

Secretary of Defense sat on explosive inspector general memo for months before forwarding to service secretaries, department general counsel.

The Defense Department's inspector general has alerted the secretary of defense to apparent blanket denials of religious accommodation requests (RAR) for exemptions from the military COVID-19 vaccine mandate, which would be a violation of federal law.

The memo details "potential noncompliance with standards for reviewing and documenting the denial of religious accommodation requests of Service members." The acting inspector general noted that "dozens of complaints" had been received regarding denied RARs.

"We have found a trend of generalized assessments rather than the individualized assessment that is required by Federal law and DoD and Military Service policies," wrote acting Inspector General Sean O'Donnell.

The inspector general originally sent the memorandum to the defense secretary in June, but it was not forwarded to the secretaries of each military service and the DOD general counsel until three months later, on Sept. 2.

"Additionally, the volume and rate at which decisions were made to deny requests is concerning," the Office of the Inspector General added. "The appeal authorities of the Services we reviewed indicated that an average of 50 denials per day were processed over a 90-day period. Assuming a 10-hour work day with no breaks or attention to other matters, the average review period was about 12 minutes for each package. Such a review period seems insufficient to process each request in an individualized manner and still perform the duties required of their position."

Amid the many lawsuits against the Defense Department regarding denied RARs, one of the key arguments made by service members' legal counsel is that the denials were predetermined and nearly identical, contrary to the individualized assessment that they are supposed to receive.

"The Inspector General is now confirming what my clients and I have known for months," said attorney R. Davis Younts, who represents several military members who were denied religious exemptions. "The DoD has been issuing blanket denials of religious accommodation requests from the beginning as part of a process designed to result in denials. It is our hope that the Department of Defense will take this finding, change course and begin to respect the religious and constitutional rights of service members."

Younts first obtained the OIG memo from a whistleblower on Tuesday.

It is "deeply troubling that the Secretary of Defense did not act on this information until September 2nd of 2022," he told Just the News. "In the intervening months hundreds of military members who submitted religious accommodation requests were wrongfully discharged."

Younts added, "This document is further evidence that the military has and continues to discriminate against my clients because of their faith."
