1 Enoch is only accepted by the Ethiopian church as canon. It goes into the lineage.
imo it's to too relevant. Jesus is God.
If you want "many gods" check ou Hinduism. Bunches. All different faces of the same being imo. Keep it simple is my advice. If nothing else, consider how pleasant the World would be if every person simply made an effort to follow the Way of Jesus.
