Comey screwed the clinton email investigation
with his immunity agreements.
To indict anyone would involve many years
of court battles because of that.
They'd be chasing the runner back and forth
between first and second base - for years.
Go for a new clean indictment that
"does not involve political bias or improper considerations"
for a home run.
