So you know that helicopter time lapse video. Watch it again. Notice the stars in the upper left just before the missile launch. They are moving across the sky from left to right. The camera was facing south. Why would they claim it was pointed at Whidbey?
The entire story is a lie. Right now I'm guessing that missile came from Bangor which is almost due South of the skunk bay camera location. Someone let off a Motherfucking nuke.
