Wyoming GOP primary loser Liz Cheney and her fellow hacks on the January 6th Committee are up to their old tricks.

On Thursday the January 6th Select Committee released new audio they claim was a “walkie-talkie” app of communications among Oath Keepers inside the US Capitol and outside the Capitol on January 6th.

The J6 Committee published the alleged audio with video of January 6 protesters peacefully walking inside the US Capitol that day.

Via the J6 Committee: The Select Committee has obtained a recording of communications over a walkie-talkie app among Oath Keepers who were inside the Capitol and others who were sharing intelligence from elsewhere.

John tells us the recording was not at the US Capitol and was not from walkie-takies.

As the former attorney representing Kelly Meggs, I received that recording over ZELLO from the prosecution team on October 19, 2021.

That is I can speak from personal, direct, first-hand knowledge that this is a 2 hour 20 minute recording of people watching TV.

This is NOT Oath Keepers at the Capitol.

These are NOT Walkie-talkie calls (which would mean they could only be intercepted within a short distance of the Capitol.

Jonathon then tells us the recording was provided earlier to defense attorneys by the federal government. And — according to Attorney Jonathon Moseley — The recording IS NOT from the US Capitol. It was a recording of people watching the news on TV!

I know this including from how it was described by the U.S. Government when the recording was provided to the defense attorneys.

First, notice there is NO crowd noise on the recording. This is NOT a recording from the US Capitol. No one on this recording is at the US Capitol.

This is a recording of people all over the country watching the news on TV.

What they are describing is what they are seeing ON TV.

The snippet released by the J6 Committee on Thursday is from a longer recording.

The J6 Committee released this video to the American public. The government therefore blew away the confidentiality of the recording and placed it in the public record.

So any previous restriction that there may have been on the recording was released by Congress’ public disclosure of the record.

The January 6th committee took a fake audio and combined it with a video of peaceful protesters walking inside the US Capitol and tried to push this lie on the American public.

They’ve got nothing and so now they are forced to lie. And lie they will.

Here We Go… Leftist Attorneys of Illegal Aliens Flown to Martha’s Vineyard Urge Criminal Investigations Against Gov. DeSantis for Daring to Send Unwanted Aliens to Liberal Elite Community

On Wednesday, Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis sent two planes carrying illegal immigrants to the island of Martha’s Vineyard.

Governor DeSantis addressed the media on Thursday after transporting two planeloads of immigrants to Martha’s Vineyard.

During the press conference, he criticized the left saying “their virtue signaling is a fraud.”

“We are not a sanctuary state, and it’s better to be able to go to a sanctuary jurisdiction, and, yes, we will help facilitate that transport for you to be able to go to greener pastures,” DeSantis said.

“Biden would fly people in the middle of the night, dumped them all across this country. There was no warning on any of this.”

“The minute even a small fraction of what those border towns deal with every day is brought to their front door, [Democrats] all of a sudden go berserk and they’re so upset this is happening. It just shows you their virtue signaling is a fraud,” he added.

Martha’s Vineyard Homeless Shelter Coordinator Lisa Belcastro melted down over the 50 illegals during an interview with the Cape Cod Times.

It’s the end of the world, according to Lisa Belcastro.

The hypocritical elites on the island deported the illegals within 24 hours off the island.

Now leftist attorneys want to sue the state of Florida and Ron DeSantis for the flights!

Hah! They could not care less about the illegals who were kicked off the posh island.

Attorneys representing more than 30 of the migrants flown to Massachusetts this week asked the US Attorney for Massachusetts and the state’s attorney general to open criminal investigations into the flights.

Lawyers for Civil Rights, which provides free legal support for communities of color and immigrants, criticized Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, calling the flights a “political stunt,” in a press release Saturday…

…The migrants’ attorneys said that their clients were not aware that they were being taken to Martha’s Vineyard specifically.

They were induced to board the planes with “representations of work assistance and immigration relief in Boston,” the attorneys said in a news release.

DeSantis has pushed back on claims that the migrants did not know where they were going, because he said they had signed a waiver and had been provided with a packet including a map of Martha’s Vineyard adding, “It’s obvious that’s where they were going,” and it was all “voluntary.”

US Attorney for Massachusetts Rachael Rollins told reporters Thursday she would be speaking with members of the Department of Justice about DeSantis’ actions, saying she did not yet have enough information to say whether he broke any laws in sending the migrants to Martha’s Vineyard. She added that their first priority is making sure the people who arrived were treated respectfully.

A spokeswoman for Rollins’ office in Massachusetts told CNN on Saturday they did not have any further comment.

This is not happening according to several local activists – like it is not happening in jurisdictions around the country.

The machines could be susceptible to voter fraud. Secretary of State Ashcroft must be aware of the vulnerability.

The suit alleges that Ashcroft, the systems auditors, and federal elections authorities were and are asleep at the switch and not performing their duties. The suit alleges that the software and systems have not had their software updated, have not been audited to ensure a fair and secure election in November and that the electronic voting equipment has not been properly certified by a legally accredited EAC lab as required by law.

In fact, Graeff was scheduled to present her evidence in court on Monday. But then, at the eleventh hour, on Friday, September 16th, Secretary of State Ashcroft used a procedural move to force Graeff’s lawsuit into federal court. Federal court judges inside and outside Missouri are notorious for their contempt for both civil rights plaintiffs and their rights under the Constitution.

Ashcroft likely knows this and is banking on it. He’s trying to deep-six the lawsuit in federal court to prevent a public investigation to secure Missouri’s elections which is his responsibility.

This bombshell revelation only further highlights Ashcroft’s efforts to bury this case, since his unnecessary action of filing a Notice of Removal to Federal Court is preventing this case from “seeing a courtroom” on Monday morning as scheduled.

Sunday Talks, John Ratcliffe Questions the DOJ/FBI Classified Designations in Mar-a-Lago Documents

In this lengthy interview with John Ratcliffe and Maria Bartiromo, the former Director of National Intelligence, the man who has likely seen every document that may have eventually ended up in Mar-a-Lago, is challenging the nature of the classified status of those documents. Ratcliffe does not believe the Mar-a-Lago documents are true national security documents, but rather documents that outline fraudulent ‘sources and methods’ used by the DOJ/FBI in their Trump targeting operation.

Keep in mind that as the DNI during 2020, Ratcliffe saw the documents that eventually became the material President Trump declassified and left with the DOJ to release after the Durham investigation was complete. If Ratcliffe’s suspicions are correct, and there is more valid reason to support his suspicions than oppose them, then the entire construct of the DOJ-NSD operation to retrieve those documents from Mar-a-Lago is factually one big cover-up operation.

Ratcliffe suspects the documents are essentially the DOJ and FBI work products, including interviews with ‘sources’ like Igor Danchenko, from their fabricated case against President Trump. If accurate, the objective of the DOJ/FBI would be to avoid sunlight on their political targeting operation. This viewpoint makes sense when you consider the DOJ/FBI position that no one should ever be allowed to look at those documents, including the appointed Special Master in the case, Judge Raymond Dearie.
