It's easy to see the Bible is not God's word … in the beginning of the Bible it reads "In the beginning God created the Heaven and the Earth", had God Himself written it He would have written "In the beginning I created the Heaven and the Earth".
To take the Bible as a Divine authority relies on judgements of theological authorities, like Evangelical Reverends or whatever … they are not gods ..
