It just occurred to me that we always hear that empires 'haven't lasted moar than 250 years. The 'on average' is not emphasized. 250 years is emphasized and that's disingenuous when you think about it.
We can last as long, if not longer than the Roman Empire.
It's like a suppression poll…it's meant to discourage us in believing the concept of "a republic of America' can't last moar than 250 years in its original state of freedom.
It's meant to condition us I assume so we won't fight all the changes.
