No. Your 20% is both THC and THCA, the listing I showed only shows the THC. So for instance the Legand of Nigeria strain in the pic, it says 3.5% THC is the listing, but that doesn't count the THCA, so total THC content on the package is 21%. They just list it wrong at that dispensary.
So for instance the bubba kush I mentioned earlier, the THC is listed at 8.5%, but total THC on the package (all weed has to be tested and labeled in WA) total THC is 25%.
It's not bad at all.
