Serious question
I'm not prepared for this, but I have a target, and I'm going to attempt to capture an incriminating conversation.. Need some kind of wireless mic that I can pick up elsewhere.. does not need to record… needs to be discrete, something that can be turned on and tossed under a sofa or put on a shelf and received elsewhere, live. Any results will be presented anonymously online.
Device Advice?
can't just use a phone.. need to be able to abandon the device… don't want it tied back to me, will record on the other end.
I just need something to capture voices in the room and send them to a receiver down the hall.. less than 15 yards.. I can access the room.. preferably I have some way of receiving the audio on a laptop so its easy to record without having it audible where I am, other than thru my headset or on the laptop.
That is too big to walk around with.. there's got to be a pocket sized device that can send audio from a room its in to a computer nearby.
