Alaskans are tuff as nails, they can't get much up there and work hard just to maintain daily needs. They live off the land in ways we could not imagine in the lower 48, they don't complain about honey pots and pay for showers at the laundromat, having veggie gardens and eating roadkill.
My kid lived there for five years and I saw what she did to eek out a living while taking online courses. She is a gem and so were her friends.

We sell the art from local artists and have a genius marketing director so we figure it just is not getting any better. I believe you told me to take this on so I am hopeful you mean I will be able to keep it long term. If not I am okay with that as long as I am doing what you want me to do. I am sure there will be something else for me to do if I have to close my art gallery.
