Not sure which page numbering wer'e going by, the PDF pages or the numbering at the bottom of each page inside the report.

Assuming we're using PDF page numbering, my tiny contribution >>1752911 got moved from 520-540 section to the 480-520 section somewhere in a previous bread. The excerpt I capped from the recommendations was taken from PDF page 529 (of the 568 page document).
