Why didn't Comey try and drag out the HRC investigation? Its like he purposely made sure it ended at the worst possible time for HRC and best possible time for Trump? He could've drug it out until well past the election, like they are dragging it out no, and then even if they found charges to bring her on she could just say no to being indicted once she was president?
