And your point is? Learn to lead, do a little leading, and then you will understand in serving those you lead and placing them FIRST, that is how you best execute the responsibilities of the organization, office, or position you are in. Because without first gaining their loyalty and trust you cannot possibly be effective in getting antyhing else done. All your time is then spent in watching your back and looking for traitors in the closets with daggers.
Done replying to those that don't understand leadership is about servitude to those you lead. It's a waste of my time.
