There are problems in our military, to be certain - but on the grand stage of strategy, war is just the procedure of applying force to those who refuse to accept the inevitability of economics.

It needs to be modified, as naval power will always dominate and Russia has limited utility - the U.S. - more specifically, the Mississippi River Valley and Midwest, are the seat of power that controls the world. Texas and Missouri are far more relevant on the global stage than California and New York.
China will never be a superpower. They lack the domestic resources. Same with Europe and India. Russia dominates Eurasia. This is the fulfillment of that and our own attempt to refuse it.
As for whether or not the color revolution will succeed in the U.S….. probably not.
