I think POTUS has done deep background research of many politicians, and I think he's insinuating she's corrupt in more ways then what he's said. Money corruption would be my guess.But he knows and seen all the crimes she's committed. How many AG around the US get indicted everyday, a lot. For some reason this position attracts more criminals.
