That house + grounds for $4 million (probably about 2.5 million pounds)?? You couldn't buy that around here for $20 million, maybe not for $40 million. Move that property to the poorest county in Mississippi, it's probably worth more than $4 million.
They're probably way under-assessed to save on property taxes. I bet it's really worth a lot more than $4 million.
