I tried to verify the actual size of a parking space and stumbled across this new housing story in PDX. The permitted proposal was for187unts of 675 sq ft with 46 parking spaces. That was revised to 170 units, 40 "guaranteed affordable" (Section 8 vig?) and absolutely 0 parking spaces. Sounds like a great place to live. /sarc
