Today is Fall Equinox and festers with Satanic energies. It's important to dance this day to ward off evil spirits and spread your loving energies to counteract the acts of the spiritually dark ones. Just put on a tune you like with a decently fast beat and thrust your hips left to right with some rhythm is enough.
Most importantly, pray today and tomorrow as well, keep a copy of pic related somewhere and check up on it time to time so you know when to pray and dance. This is the prayer I personally use (wording is important):
Dear Heavenly Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, I ask that you neutralize and nullify all Satanic energies this day and all days they seek to thrive. May the vile powers of spiritual darkness and those who make war against your people practicing this type of magic stumble, fumble and crumble. In the name of utmost names, Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Amen.
