Boeing E-3C Sentry out of OK been circling around Great Bend, KS - Larned KS area and is still circling

Lockheed Martin C-130J-30 Hercules out of AFB in NM flew up to Dodge City, KS and did extensive circling for a long period of time and then headed back to NM

These are both rural areas with small towns and lack of anything but very small airports or no military facilities until you get to AFB over in Wichita

There are other marine and army helicopters currently flying around Salina

The circling path for these esp whatever the large C-130J was doing circling that much over Dodge City randomly is very abnormal.

Wasn't Kansas the place where they were advertising for crisis actors for a mass casualty simulation on September 24th?
