The DoD was put on auto pilot to defend the American way of life as a Constitutional Democratic Republic during President Donald Trump's first term. Controlling the battlefield allows the Combatant Commanders to engage the enemy at a place and time of their choosing with any number of available vectors. Controlling the global battlefield requires the ability to defend against attacks when and where the enemy decides to go on the offense. The Combatant Commander General Charles Q. Brown's intent is "Change Faster or Loose" - 22nd Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force.

The Artemis Program of NASA is supported by many other government departments including the US Department of the Air Force and Space Force. The Artemis Missions commissioned the development of multiple Space Launch System (SLS) Rockets from the entrenched Military Industrial Complex of the last 60+ years. The SLS development program has been a long and inefficient process, some would say failure. Thankfully the Artemis Program is not limited to the timelines or failures of SLS because the Department of NASA and the Department of Defense and Department of the Air Force and Space Force are purchasing transportation services from the Private Commercial Space Industry Companies, especially those based in the United States of America. SpaceX is an example of a company that uses an Agile Scrumban project management paradigm that also rewards innovation and penalizes a lack of innovation - the exact opposite of the SLS project.

 

What is the Frozen Middle? The middle-management layer of an enterprise organization. The leaders that peaked early and are busy putting in the years to retirement are part of the frozen middle. The middle managers in any organization are the ones that receive good ideas from their down chain organization and are not willing to champion that idea to their leadership above them. One strategy that the US Department of the Air Force put into place was providing soldiers of any rank multiple routes to a "Yes" to their idea as compared to the singular pathway of their direct chain of command. This strategy allows ideas to bloom even if there is a member of the Frozen Middle Management that is not able to or willing to advance a good idea up the chain to gain execution. The Frozen Middle is also composed of X% of people compromised by secret society life, which means there is a network of middle-management in the US Department of Defense that are networking with nefarious intent up to and including seditious and treasonous criminal acts. The middle-management Frozen Middle freeze the operational morphology required in an Agile program. The public education system also has a frozen middle - so you need to make sure you dont get stuck in the crystal matrix of frozen secret society bonds.

 

One completely viable and legitimate way to thaw the frozen middle is for whistleblowers to come forward and whistle the song. One vector of heat that is being applied to the frozen middle is to be fired from a job or to quit and whistle-blow.
