not sure it kills it entirely but it helps a lot. Your probablly eating things that cause an inbalance that is supportive to the virus. Coffee, legumes, etc. I had shingles long time ago and looked into this, its similar/same virus.
yes, take a lot of l lysine. Its an amino acid (a protein component) it wont hurt you. Take a bunch as soon as it flares up. Hope it helps…
