suggestions imo:
organize them by month created/collected
if you need to group them make a new folder and copy pasta
you will have multiple same images but small price to pay for organization benefits imo
10k seems like a lot lot so perhaps limit to 1000 and archive the rest
adjust to a number that works nicely
