Some newer phones have text and face recognition. Dunno if that applies to PC search apps yet. Have some specialty folders for the frogs and some pet subjects. Otherwise, I mostly go on memory of events. Can usually find what I need. 6 digits worth of stuff in my main folder though kek. Generally keep the hex file names from the board as I can cross-reference with pdfs of the breads.
