UN 'Human Rights Council' just gave a press conference, and claimed their investigation, "found only two cases where Ukrainians made some violations towards Russian soldiers", and that there have been a, "significant number of violations from Russian side…war crime[s]". That is totally ridiculous; many videos have existed for months showing Russian soldiers being tortured, victims of war crimes.
