Anons, I need your help please.

I'm in Australia talking to my friend in Canada on Discord.

She is (kind of) trapped in her house with a relative who is acting erratically, threatening to hurt himself.

She is trying to manage the situation as best she can but has said she would like me to contact the police if things escalate.

She can't do it as he is watching her "like a hawk". She tried to call 911 yesterday but he threatened self harm.

I'm worried of not being able to get through on my phone if and when the time comes.

Can anyone suggest a way to contact the Canadian police online?

This is not a drill. I could really use some help please.

>==4-6% will be lost, she should leave, trust in the Canadian police is retarded, prayers sent, other then that maybe trusted male friends, the call of a damsel in destress is a old troupe, sorry to be harsh but their are uncomfortable truths that must be faced.=

I know. It's a very tough situation. It's her son and she would do almost anything to make sure he doesn't get shot by police. I've watched enough 'police activity' videos to know how common this is. He's a good kid but something has snapped

It's not drugs or booze or abuse AFAIK. It's just a stressful time in a young person's life when they move from being a big fish in a small pond (school/college) to having to go out and get a job and become an adult. I appreciate your input. Thanks again
