It is safe in any homogenous White or homogenous Asian city, just not diverse cities.. or non Asian, and non-White cities (at least those that are not ruled with an iron grip)..

Defending artificial mega diversity (that created by modern mass migration post 1965) is defending a process of dispossession and loss of self-determination and human rights for the populations that have been on the receiving end of that process.
It is defending a human rights crime that must be stopped and reversed.
