Pray for the people safety, the have 5 days to vote and the results will be released next Wed. If they dont vote to be a region of Russia, and Ukraine gets back ahold of those regions, they intend to call them criminal and prosecute the people for treason for even voting. Zelensky ‘shocked’ at Israel’s lack of support

The Ukrainian president attributes the country’s refusal to send weapons to being under the “influence of Russia”

(Big baby crying again)

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky told French TV on Friday that he is “shocked” that Israel has not sent weapons to help his military fight off Russian forces. Zelensky then claimed that West Jerusalem is under Russian influence.

"I am shocked,” Zelensky told a group of reporters from numerous French media outlets. “I don't understand. Israel has provided us with nothing, nothing, zero," he continued. "I understand that they have to defend their land but I have received information that Israel is exporting its armaments to other countries."

Zelensky was likely referring to Israel’s sale of its ‘Iron Dome’ missile defense system to Cyprus, which was reported last month but not confirmed by the Israeli government. Last year, Israel’s defense exports totaled a record $11.3 billion, with 41% of its customers located in Europe.

While Israel condemned Russia’s military operation in Ukraine and abided by US sanctions on Moscow, it has not imposed sanctions of its own on Russia, and has refrained from donating weapons to Kiev. Instead, West Jerusalem has sent protective equipment such as body armor and helmets, as well as humanitarian aid.

This has not pleased Zelensky, who declaredin April that he wished Ukraine to become a “big Israel,” in which citizens are armed and ready for military service at all times.

“There were discussions with the leaders of Israel and this did not help Ukraine,” Zelensky told the French reporters. "Why not give us anti-aircraft defenses?” he asked, claiming that “one can notice the influence of Russia on Israel.”

There is no evidence that Moscow has worked to influence Israeli policy on arming Ukraine. However, maintaining diplomatic contact with Russia is in Israel’s interest, considering Russia has a military presence in Syria, and Israeli jets often conduct cross-border airstrikes there.

Additionally, Russia and Israel share close cultural ties, given that around 15% of Israel’s population is of Russian descent, and Russia is home to the world’s seventh-largest Jewish population. However, West Jerusalem and Moscow have quarreled over Russia’s decision to close a branch of the Jewish Agency earlier this summer.

According to the Times of Israel,Israel intervened to prevent the US from supplying Iron Dome missile batteries to Ukrainebefore the start of Russia’s military operation in February.

EU Commission head issues veiled threat to Italy

Brussels has ways to deal with member states that drift away from its values, Ursula von der Leyen has said

The EU has “tools” to respond if the political situation in Italy goes in a “difficult direction,” European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said on Thursday. She hinted that the country could face punishments such as those recently leveled against Hungary and Poland if the upcoming election results in the predicted right-wing sweep.

“My approach is that whatever democratic government is willing to work with us, we’re working together,” she said in response to a question over whether she had “concerns” about Sunday’s Italian parliamentary vote, in which the conservative Fratelli d’Italia (Brothers of Italy) are projected to take first place.

“If things go in a difficult direction, I’ve spoken about Hungary and Poland, we have tools,” von der Leyen explained.

While EC spokesman Eric Mamer was quick to clarify that von der Leyen was merely “stressing the role of the Commission as guardian of the [European] treaties with regard to the rule of law,” not everyone interpreted her words that way.

Matteo Salvini, leader of the populist League party, denounced von der Leyen’s “shameful arrogance” and called on the EC to “respect the free, democratic and sovereign vote of the Italian people!” In the last round of polls earlier this month, the League was projected to take home 12% of the vote.

The EC earlier this month recommended suspending €7.5 billion ($7.5 billion) in funding to Hungary – a third of the money it receives from Brussels – over alleged “erosion of the rule of law.” Brussels leveled a similar punishment at Poland last year after the country’s constitutional tribunal found that some Polish laws override those of the EU.

Italy’s snap parliamentary election was triggered by the resignation of PM Mario Draghi in July after his partners in the ruling coalition abandoned him. As of September 9, when the blackout on publishing election polls took effect, the Fratelli d’Italia were estimated to take 25% of the vote. In addition to the League’s 12%, coalition partner Forza Italia is predicted to garner 8%, meaning a victory for the conservative bloc is easily within reach. Fratelli d’Italia barely won 4% of the vote in 2018.

Like the rest of the EU, Italy has been wrestling with a cost-of-living crisis exacerbated by bloc-wide sanctions on Russian oil and gas. A general election had previously been set for next year.

US lifts part of Iran sanctions

The move is aimed at stoking anti-government protests by providing internet access, the Treasury Department said

The US Treasury Department on Friday eased some restrictions on providing internet services to Iran, stating that the move would aid anti-government protesters. SpaceX CEO Elon Musk earlier said that he would ask for a sanctions exemption to bring his Starlink internet service to Iran.

According to guidance published by the Treasury, US firms will be able to provide web browsing software, social media, video conferencing, gaming and messaging services and software to Iran, as well as VPN and anti-virus software and technology enabling Iranians to access these services.

While the US rarely lifts its wide-ranging sanctions on Tehran, recent developments in Iran influenced the latest move. Protests have been ongoing there for a week following the death in police custody of Mahsa Amini, who was detained for wearing an “improper” hijab.

With the Iranian government blocking internet access across much of the country, Deputy Treasury Secretary Wally Adeyemo said that the US is “redoubling its support for the free flow of information to the Iranian people.”

Iranian officials have already alleged that forces from “outside the country” are working to stir up unrest over Amini’s death. On the same day that protesters first took to the streets in Iran, China warned fellow members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which Iran joined that day, to beware of foreign-instigated “color revolutions.”

The latest sanctions exemptions do not authorize the sale or supply of “commercial-grade internet connectivity services or telecommunications transmission facilities,”such as satellite links, to Iran. On Thursday, a bipartisan group of lawmakers in Washington urged the Treasury Department to grant SpaceX tycoon Elon Musk an exemption to this rule should he seek permission to make his satellite-based Starlink internet service available in Iran.

Musk had earlier said that he would apply for such an exemption.

>>17568616 John Durham Team Makes Major Announcement Ahead Of Trial Durham is upping the ante. - twat d'souza

Durham’s Final Act Could Be Exposing The FBI As Investigation Winds Down

Walsh Martin WalshSeptember 23, 2022

Special Counsel John Durham’s team has added a new member as it prepares for its next trial.

Adam Small was added to the team after Andrew DeFilippis, an assistant special counsel, withdrew from the team ahead of the trial of Russian national Igor Danchenko.

Small’s LinkedIn says he is a “Trial Attorney with experience prosecuting Espionage Act, trade secret/economic espionage, sanctions/export control, FARA, wire fraud, money laundering, cyber, and RICO offenses.”

It says that he works for the United States Department of Justice.

Before his removal, DeFilippis had played a prominent role in the Danchenko case since the November indictment, including during appearances in court, virtual hearings, and legal filings.

Danchenko was charged last year with five counts of making false statements to the FBI. Durham says the comments were about the information Danchenko provided for the dossier. The Department of Justice’s watchdog concluded that Danchenko eventually undermined Steele’s unfounded claims of a “well-developed conspiracy” between former President Donald Trump and Russia.

A court filing by Durham last month requested that the court issue 30 subpoenas for possible witness testimony for the trial starting Oct. 11.

Russian-born analyst Igor Danchenko — key source for the unverified Steele dossier that alleged ties between Donald Trump’s campaign and Russia — was arrested by federal agents last year as part of the Durham investigation.

A report from the New York Post details how Durham’s investigation could be over by the end of this year.

“Russiagate special counsel John Durham is in the home stretch. His grand jury wrapped up work last week, apparently with no new indictments on the horizon. Attorney General Merrick Garland is said to anticipate receiving his final report by the end of the year. And Durham is gearing up for his last trial: the prosecution of Igor Danchenko, the principal source for the discredited Steele dossier,” the NY Post reported.

“That last one should be grabbing our attention. We now know that the so-called dossier compiled by former British spy Christopher Steele was a Clinton campaign production. It is one of the great dirty tricks in modern political history: The 2016 Democratic presidential campaign colluded with the incumbent Democratic administration’s law enforcement and intelligence apparatus to portray their partisan opposition, Donald Trump, as a Kremlin mole, then made the smear stick to the point of forcing Trump to govern for over two years under the cloud of a special-counsel investigation,” the NY Post added.

“This enterprise included substantial reliance by the FBI on the bogus Steele dossier in obtaining spying authorization from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) — on sworn representations that the bureau believed Trump was in a “conspiracy of cooperation” with Vladimir Putin’s anti-American regime,” the NY Post continued. “Danchenko turns out to have been Steele’s principal source for this fever dream. Last year, Durham indicted him on five counts of lying to the FBI. But that’s not half of it. Last week, in a jaw-dropping court submission, Durham revealed that the FBI signed up Danchenko as an informant and paid him for almost three years — from March 2017 through October 2020.”

But wait, it gets even worse

The FBI apparently was aware that it was using “unverified information from Steele and Danchenko to suggest to a court that the president of the United States might be a Russian asset, the FBI had intelligence indicating that Danchenko himself might actually have been a Russian asset.”

“That was detailed in yet another Durham court filing last week, in the Virginia federal court where Danchenko is soon scheduled to be tried. The prosecutor related that Danchenko was the subject of an FBI counterintelligence from 2009 to 2011,” the Post reported.

This quote below from the article is an assumption. Durham’s prior attorneys stated to Sussmanns counsel that they have no idea how many grand juries they’ve had on different people and have no idea on more prosecutions coming down the line. Just because he hasnt announced the indictments doesnt mean he’s not going to charge and prosecute many more. They said this because “sussmann wanted immunity for Joffre, and they argued Joffre was not being charged. Durhams attorney said they are seriously looking at charging Joffre. So I think everyone assuming his interim report will not be followed with more indictments is assumptions only. I also read he could call up the grand jury again any time he wants to. As s matter of fact knowing Durhams prior cases he could be letting them assume this media believe this and its a psyop. He’s not going to tell the media anything and he will not correct the record of their conspiracy theories. I read every transcript and pleading of Sussmann’s trial, he’s not a quitter. I think his biggest problem is how to prosecute all the DOJ, FBI, hoaxers and government employees that participated in the scheme to take down Trump under the Bidan regime.
