Use of illegal workers, history of massive government contracts, including military. Archer Western seems a good candidate for large-scale corruption, possible bid rigging, and should be investigated.

"Archer Western Federal JV, Chicago, Illinois, was awarded a $41,247,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction services for an aircraft hangar. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Dover, Delaware, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 26, 2021."

"The Archer Western Federal joint venture has won a $205.4 million contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to build a spinal cord injury and community living center. The agency used fiscal 2021 civil construction funds on the award and expects work to conclude by March 11, 2024. Archer Western Federal won a separate $136.5 million contract in December to establish multistory training and administrative facilities at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in North Carolina."
