I will say this. It would not be necessary for ‘mobilised’ troops to be marched across Tower Bridge in the heart of London. There are barracks in parts of London across the Thanes on the South Bank for troops stationed there- such as Horse Guards, etc.
Remember there were many visiting units there for HM Royal Funeral. I would not put much worry into it. Again, no mobilisation of troops needs to go across Tower Bridge.
