The lighting around the plane is curious. Don't know if this helps place things, but I think it may be in a hangar or other controlled location.

I lightened the image slightly.

A) This looks to be either a feature on a hangar ceiling, a strange profile of a building not far from the plane or least likely something on the plane. Most hangars have lighting that would come from the top instead of the sides, but notice how much ambient light is surrounding the plane. I would think if this was on a tarmac at night with side lighting, the shadows would be much more pronounced on the cowlings.

B) Looks to have at least one higher set light or light bank that shows what is probably the shadows of stair railings.

C) Most of the lighting is roughly at the same height, slightly higher than the wing?

D) are these other car headlights?

E) The car looks like it might almost be at the edge/tip of the wing… given the distance to the plane and the way that the light is spilling into the cabin looks like they both are inside a well lit structure with a lot of ambient light.

I think what you are seeing is the Higher Light B) highlight a streak through"N". I believe the paint or graphic reflects a "gold" color in its highlight which may be confusing. Also, I think that the car might be a 2016+. Also, discovered that through bluetooth you can hook up your phone to the car display, so any of the graphics might be coming from the phone or other unseen device, not just the back up camera. And on a hunch, I thought maybe this was the redirected plane from Rome to Chicago that landed in Ireland the other day. Couldn't find anything for sure that puts the plane there.
