In a very short time, RR went from meek little 140lb weakling to a fire breathing monster stalking the halls of DC, making congressional staffers literally cry and shake with fear.
Then, to top it all off, he took one of the most talked about investigative reports since the 9/11 commission report, and completely changed it.
