I used to think legalizing everything was the way but the cartels are ruining small towns in CA by growing massive amounts of weed. Even though it's legal they still grow illegally because they won't pay taxes or get permits etc. Drug dealers that push fentanyl or meth are responsible for contributing to genocide They should be subject to death. Weed should be completely deregulated, let anyone grow any amount, no extra taxes above the sales tax rate of regular goods. I say that but I used to chain smoke weed and I know it's not good to be addicted to anything, weed does lower the IQ. People need strong role models and a vibrant healthy society and economy, a clear path to a fulfilling family life that can nurture the next generation. Smoking weed will never be good for anything but to dull the pain of the current dystopian world. So sad, we all deserve so much more.

Maybe petty crimes related to marijuana drop to near zero but we are under attack by the cartels, the CIA and the Chinese.
I recently heard an interview of a scientist who is doing clinical trials of using mono clonal antibodies on meth addicts. stops the addiction cold, they recover and go back to normal lives. He said you could see the change within minutes. He also said their trials were very limited and it would be years before it could see widespread use. Now that's criminal. I'm for people having normal lives with no access to poisons like meth and fentanyl.
