If 2 gangs going to war in public doesn't constitute a crime due to 'mutual combatants' then is there legal standing for armed groups to confront the gangs and take the streets?
There's been multiple leftist groups saying that they are going to go to white neighborhoods and burn them down, does that count as a mutual combatant?
Does criminals openly wanting to harm a community and the citizens standing up and hunting the gangs count?
