I know a White guy who got the shit beat out of him by Black Cook County Jail guards in Chicago. So I know that this stuff happens.

The guy I knew was a nobody whose wife falsely accused him of beating her, and because they lived in an unincorporated area, the Cook County Sheriffs showed up and arrested him and threw him into the County Jail, where the guards beat him up.
